You may not use MyLove4u to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By completing a payment you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. MyLove4u does not store payment card details.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading content you grant MyLove4u a limited licence to store and display it as part of your gift experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyLove4u is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
