1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

2. Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your right of withdrawal lapses before the end of the 14-day period once your gift has been opened or accessed by the recipient. By confirming your purchase and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that accessing the gift constitutes full delivery of the digital content and that your statutory withdrawal right is consequently forfeited from that moment.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if: (a) you submit your request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date; and (b) the gift has not yet been opened or accessed by the recipient. Refund requests made after this period, or for gifts that have already been accessed, will not be eligible under this policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at the address below, providing your order reference and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and notify you of our decision.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of our decision, using the same payment method as your original purchase, at no additional cost to you. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be granted if: (a) more than 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date; (b) the gift has been opened or accessed by the recipient; or (c) the request is determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
